Help me to understand the chi square distribution
My goal in this post is to receive criticsm on my understanding of the distribution.
From what I gathered, it's the graph of a normally distributed random variable squared. As more squared normally distributed random variables are added, the "degrees of freedom" increase and that makes the distribution more closely resemble a normal distribution.
