Adding Percentages
Hi, Can I add these 2 percentages together? Let's say the scrap loss of 1 part is 2% over 150 transactions and the scrap loss of an assembly that the scrap loss part goes into is 4 percent o 137 transactions (both transactions take place over 1 calendar year). In order for me to plan according to have the appropriate amount of the 1 part I would by 6 percent more than is needed (2% plus 4%). Is that correct? Thanks, Ron
