Mathematically determine the length and width of board required to make a box
I am looking for a way to mathematically determine the outer length and width of board required to make a box when the variables for the thickness of the wood, the kerf thickness of the saw blade, and the minimum_inner_length, minimum_inner_width, and maximum_inner_height are all known.
Assistance with this effort is greatly appreciated.

I was hesitant to answer because of the low bounty, but since this is the first time you are asking questions here, I decided to answer.
The answer is accepted.

The offered bounty is too low considering the amount of time required to write a quality answer. It may take approximately an hour to adequately address this question.
Can you provide more detail (may be a hand-drawn picture) or a reference ? The bounty is also too low for the time needed to work out and write the answer.
