Not exactly my area of expertise, but I think 10$ is way too low for both these questions. I would recommend you to split them up and increase the price to increase your chances to get them done. If you do, I could maybe deal with the first one (depending on how long it takes me to sketch a solution and how much you offer), definitely not the second one (I'm not familiar with some definitions). Otherwise, maybe I am overestimating the amount of work, and someone else will take the job.
