Hi, it seems you posted the same question twice, I first accepted to pay $4 to answer it, on my my smartphone, but then it appeared still available and not attributed, so I paid the $4 to answer it a second time. Only later I noticed that it must be a duplicate, but since I paid to reserve each of the questions, I had to answer both. To compensate, I tried to give a really detailed answer, I think it might well be worth $10. Also, I offer to explain any related questions that might remain open.
