I just tried the answer you gave it’s incorrect

I only have one more try left..

Please make sure you’re using the required format. Could you upload a picture/screenshot of what you entered? I’m pretty sure the answer is correct, so this is likely just a syntax issue.
-
The answer is "-2(x+1)(x-1)(x-2)". It should not include" y(x)=". The online homework websites are very strict about the format of your final answers.

It’s my first time on the site, I’m trying to find the option to add the picture but cant find it.

I think it is because you have already accepted the answer. The website does not allow adding files after the answer is accepted. You may open a new question with a very low bounty, like $2 and upload your photos there. I will try to help. You make ask a direct question thorugh my profile.

I’m sure I entered it in the correct format

I see what the problem is now. You picture was not clear. There is another root at -4. Let me fix the answer.
-
Please see the revised solution. The attached picture did not show the complete graph of the function, and I did not realized that the graph also passes through the point (-4,0). The answer should be a fourth order polynomial. It should work now.

It’s good 👍
-
Did it work? Thank you for the coffee!
