Fractions and Decimal expansion (Number Theory)

For natural numbers $x,y$ let $\overline{x.y}$ be the number whose integer part is $x$ and whose fractional part is composed of the digits of $y$. For example when $x=121$ and $y=398$ : $$ \overline{x.y}=121.398$$Find all solutions of $$ \frac{a}{b}=\overline{b.a}$$ where $a,b$ are comprime.
